Information and Records announces our new Medallion Certification program to be offered in 2010. These classes go beyond the standard user and administrative training to offer new insight into the management and maintenance of your DocuWare System.
The Medallion courses will be given at various times of the year. These courses require prerequisites in user and/or administrative training prior to attendance as these classes will focus beyond the scope of previous classes and intensify on one or two subjects points and then provide thorough hands-on in-depth training.
One example of this is the Medallion Trainer; this new subject will provide training to an individual so that they learn how to create a training plan and materials that suit your organizations particular workflows, file cabinet structure and database needs. The Medallion Trainer will cover all aspects of the DocuWare file cabinet administration and user interfaces within the organizational level.
