My entire office loves the program! It is so much more convenient to be able to access the books online. We appreciate that both pages are scanned together so we can see the digital product exactly as we look at the books; there is no clicking from page to page to see one specific transfer, it is all on the screen at once and the scans are more clear than they are in the actual books. We are especially excited about being able to offer researching capabilities outside our office hours. Researchers can now search our books anytime of the day or night!
We love the product and our taxpayers love the price! It was a fraction of the cost of the competitors. Searching is quick and easy and self-explanatory so no special training is necessary. The product fits our needs to a tee!

Implementing the system has been relatively easy to do, and the training is simple. As for the cost, there is no capital investment or annual feel. As you add on users and create efficiencies the system pays for itself. This has been a great process experience.

Since implementing and using the School Records Portal from SBS, we have saved a lot of storage space & we can find our records within seconds. We have also saved a lot of time by being able to email a requested record right out of the School Records Portal and that is wonderful. My recommendation to those who may be afraid to make a change by going digital & using the School Records Portal is to just jump in, it is a piece of cake to operate. We were all amazed at how easy this system is to use and the training was simple and took very little time.

Previously, we had many paper-based transactions (credit applications, titles, contracts, checks etc.), which had to be processed to complete each loan. This cost a lot of time because we had to find files, and call people in different locations to get the necessary work done to complete the loan. Being paperless has created the environment for us to complete our business transactions so much quicker. That's priceless.
